The current version of FERRO AXIS:

• Does not require an account or ask for a name, email address, or other contact information.
• Does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party data-collection SDKs.
• Does not access the device camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location.
• Does not make network requests or send gameplay information to MPGSK.

Information stored on the device

FERRO AXIS stores the player's haptics preference locally on the device. This setting is not transmitted to MPGSK. It can be removed by deleting the app from the device.

Apple services

If you download or test FERRO AXIS through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple may process information related to those services under Apple's Privacy Policy. MPGSK does not receive personal information from FERRO AXIS itself.

Children's privacy

FERRO AXIS does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

Changes to this policy

If the app's privacy practices change, this page will be updated and the effective date above will be revised.
